Start with the inspection report
If the home inspector flagged plumbing items, send us those pages first. We can help sort simple repairs from findings that deserve additional plumbing evaluation.
A home inspection is a great starting point, but some plumbing conditions need a plumber, a pressure test, a sewer camera, or a closer look at accessible piping. We help you decide what deserves attention before the timeline gets tight.

A normal home inspection may not show the inside condition of the building sewer. Depending on the home's age, symptoms, history, trees, or inspector findings, a sewer-camera evaluation may be worth discussing.
Check the data plate, approximate age, visible corrosion, leakage, venting or combustion concerns, drain pan where applicable, and whether replacement may be approaching.
Abnormally high pressure can contribute to fixture, supply-line, appliance, and valve problems. A pressure check can also reveal whether a regulator deserves closer evaluation.
Accessible piping can provide clues about materials, previous repairs, active leaks, corrosion, unsupported piping, and whether fixture or main shutoffs operate normally.
When accessible, crawlspaces and basements can reveal leaks, drain concerns, old piping, moisture, previous repairs, and conditions that are hard to see from the finished rooms above.
A sewer camera is a focused diagnostic tool, not a guarantee that every future sewer problem can be predicted. We recommend it when the property's age, symptoms, history, or visible findings justify the additional look.
Learn how sewer cameras workSend the plumbing pages from the inspection report, relevant inspector photos, pictures of the water-heater data plate or visible plumbing concern, the property address, and your inspection-response or closing deadline. That is usually enough to start the conversation.
We evaluate plumbing. We do not replace the home inspector, advise whether to purchase a property, interpret your contract, set repair credits, or provide legal or appraisal opinions.
